Eunice M. Leidhold

Longmeadow – Eunice Marie (Raymaakers) Leidhold, 86, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2019. She was born in Pittsfield, to the late Leonard Raymaakers and Iris (Truden) Morey. Eunice graduated from Pittsfield High School in 1950 and continued her education at Western New England College in the 80’s. She was a communicant of the former St. Mary’s Church in East Springfield. Eunice was the owner of The Garrett Room Custom Frame Shop for many years. She later became a Certified Nurse’s Aide. She was an accomplished artist, businesswoman, crafter but most of all loved spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her former husbands, Anthony Paradise and Carl Leidhold; her brother, Jack Raymaakers; and her sister, Elaine Paton. She leaves her Brother Robert Raymaakers (Trish); Children, Tony Paradise of TX, Judith Paradise-Alden (Tom) of Fairhaven, MA, Carl Leidhold (Elizabeth) of Mattapoisett, MA, Robert Leidhold of Fairhaven, MA, Chris Leidhold (Kathy) of Acushnet, MA, and Sharon Coolidge (Peter) of East Longmeadow; 15 grandchildren, Derek (Tina), Brianna, Ashley, Carly (Mike), Ryan, Sean, Carl Jr., Jon, James, Sarah, Katie, Adam, Bobby (Ashley), Peter Jr., and Nicole; and 6 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on April 13th at 10AM at St. Michael’s Church, 128 Maple Rd., East Longmeadow. Interment will be at the family’s convenience.
